Interior Review of the 2024 Ford Ranger

The 2024 Ford Ranger is available only as a four-door SuperCrew cab. Premium cloth upholstery is available on the XL and XLT trims, and the cab accommodates five adults. The Lariat trim, on the other hand, comes with leather-trimmed seats with power adjustments.

Ford Rangers in 2024 have a center armrest and flat-folding rear seats for cargo storage. Storage space under the seats is also handy for storing items. Furthermore, the cabin features an overhead console and a flow-through center console.

Besides the standard glove compartment, buyers have the option of specifying an in-vehicle safe. All trim levels feature USB-A and USB-C charging ports, as well as map lights. All 2024 Ranger models come equipped with Ford's Sync® 4 infotainment system. Users will be able to update seamlessly over-the-air with this version. Power and Performance of the 2024 Ford Ranger

The 2024 Ranger comes with two engines. Standard across all trims is the 2.3-liter EcoBoost turbocharged four-cylinder engine. The power output is 270 horsepower and torque is 310 pound-feet. The engine is also found in several Ford vehicles, including the Mustang.

The EcoBoost V-6 is available in 2.7-liter capacity with twin turbochargers for buyers who want more punch. It is available on the XLT and Lariat models and delivers 315 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque.

All models come standard with the 10-speed SelectShift automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive. A four-wheel-drive option is also available. You can electronically shift on the fly with this option. A rear differential with electronic locking is also available.

XLT and Lariat trims come with an optional Terrain Management System. There are five modes to choose from: Eco, Normal, Sport, Slippery, and Tow/Haul. When the 2024 Ranger is equipped with the Trailer Tow Package, the towing capacity increases to 7,500 pounds. The XLT and Lariat trims are also available with Trailer Brake Controller Pro and Pro Trailer Backup Assist systems.
